I’m an ACE Certified Personal Trainer passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and in control of their health—especially through the peri- and menopausal years.
My love of fitness and strength began during my years as a London Police Officer and has grown ever since. About eight years ago, I discovered weight training, and it completely changed how I felt—both physically and mentally.
Since moving to the U.S. in 2017, I’ve focused on making strength training approachable and empowering for women at any age. While resistance training is often highlighted in the media, it can still feel intimidating to many.
That’s why I created StrongHer Fitness—a safe, welcoming, and fun environment where women can learn to lift weights, build strength, and connect with others navigating similar life stages.
